As you may have noticed I am currently publishing photos from the most recent trip to Barcelona, Spain. Today is the time to showcase the Casa Batlo. It is one of those buildings that one would imagine in cartoons, BUT it is fully functional. You have probably heard or read a lot about it and Gaudi’s genius, so I will just give you the photos:

Please, also notice the stairway 🙂

The reason for the numerous small pieces of tile is very simple: it is easier to model anything (to any shape) when the composing pieces are small. This way one can model a dragon’s back using tiles.

In the beginning of the article I linked to the rest of the photos from this trip. Here are more photos like these, from around the world. If you don’t want to miss the next installment, be sure to subscribe, it’s free 🙂
Hey there just wanted to give you a quick heads up. The text
in your content seem to be running off the screen in Opera.
I’m not sure if this is a format issue or something to do with browser compatibility but I thought I’d post to let you know.
The design look great though! Hope you get the issue resolved soon.
Thanks
Thank you a bunch for sharing this with all people you really realize what you are talking approximately!
